With a dark redish brown colour, a firm creamy head and lots of fruity aromas on the nose, this India Red Ale has a big malty body with late bitterness. Caramel malts combine perfectly with the fruitiness from the hops, with a noticeable spiciness also. A perfect accompaniment with Asian and Curry dishes, it also presents well when matched with strong cheeses and smoked meats.
